""Walk ins welcome" Well I walked in, signed in and was told it would be a a 190 minute wait. I drove 30 minutes to get here because there isnt one remotely close to the Greenbelt area."

"Very good service for men's haircuts . But then again most Sports clips never disappoint if you go for the MVP Treatment. I treated myself at a Sportsclips here since I am from Chicago, IL and also get my haircut in Chicago,IL locations too. The MVP treatment is getting your hair shampooed with Tea Tree shampoo and having a nice hot towel on your face. My Hairdresser (Named Asia) was very amiable and we struck a friendly conversation. If I am back in Maryland-Washington DC area I would come here again. I was even laughing at the poster they had at the men's washroom on the Stereotype of it being A Jock/Sports (AKA NFL, NCAA, NBA etc) going here only LOL. Here is the picture for fun."

"Awesome service and I love they keep my preferences on file and updated. Had 4 different barbers so far and never had to explain what I wanted after the first visit, NICE!!! Lots of extras make the MVP a great value for the price offered, generally with surprise discounts!"

"I'm going to make this an evolving review for Sport Clips. I've been here a few times and have had a few different times and I've been helped by a number of the women who work here. Pros: (1) The employees are really nice and they don't pressure you into buying a more expensive haircut or to buy their products. You tell them what you want and they don't bother you. (2) They have the system down to basically a science. I want in and give them my name and they know from last time what number trimmer to use. I usually get the MVP (haircut, shampoo, neck and shoulder massage, etc.) and from the haircut to the massage, it's probably only about 25 minutes. (3) The place is clean and it's got TVs everywhere. Cons: (1) I'm a little old-school and I prefer to be shaved when I get my haircut. I understand that it is probably safer for them as a company to avoid this risk, but it's a preference of mine. On the plus side, they do offer you free-next trims following your haircut, but I am never really around to take advantage. (2) The wait can be long at time, but maybe that's a good sign."

"Long wait- short staffed for the things they offer its a glorified sport spa for men- so don't take your children only if you expect to wait hours (like i did) and get a bad hair cut since your child is crying and they cut his hair wrong. still make you pay. They take in people who call ahead- so if you are waiting and someone walks in that has called you wait. This happens at salons, i know, but again- they have not a lot of staff so when you have 2 people cutting hair and 6 people waiting- do the math. If it takes a man 10 minutes to get a haircut- it takes 30 here or more since they massage you and everything- great for the guy, again bad for the people waiting. no customer servers and i called to complain right when i got home to the headquarters and nothing- great if you are single and want to get pampered but expect to wait. they are nice if you are a guy and they want tips- not again a woman waiting with her son for a haircut. *note: i could have gone a couple of doors down to the kids haircut place but it was closed and my son loves sports so we gave it a try- it didn't look full but i was mistaken. Maybe they have more staff now but really- they need to work on this."

"I took my son here for the first time a few weeks ago and I was impressed by the general idea of the place, my son (who is 9) was in heaven! I don't think hair dressers / barbers get enough credit for what they do.... having to deal with all types of hair, personalities... you can't please them all, but I give them an A+++ for their efforts.... while I watched everyone get their cuts & trims... all the barber's asked the customers (NUMEROUS) times if they were pleased (including my son!) ... tweaking the hair cut more and more which each customer insight.... so if a customer walks out of that place and they aren't please.... it's NO ONE'S FAULT BUT YOUR OWN! I think the package options you get are genius... if I was a dude, that place would be heaven for me too!"

"To start with, I am sorry for those who bring their kids and have bad experiences; however, this is not a children's haircut place. I would be pretty upset for the service I got if I went to Burger King looking for tacos....... With that being said, I have always enjoyed my visits to this establishment. The employees have always been pleasant with me and I always get what I am looking for. No one is perfect, but the ladies I have had cut my hair sure try to be. Thank you for your hard work and dedication."
